There are few things more rewarding than working with a client for a long-time. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships and keeping innovation and quality at the heart of the work we deliver.

We have worked with PSI since 2017 and entered for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations regional PRide awards in the category of long-term client care.

While the remote testing market was growing fast in 2019, knowledge about the options was limited. PSI needed to raise awareness about secure remote testing and help people new to the subject understand the basics. To generate sales leads from a narrow market, our brief was to establish PSI as a thought leader and trusted expert.

We produced two Tell me more about… guides in quick succession. Test security (Feb 2020) and online proctoring (Mar 2020). Both supported by blogs, social and media activity to drive downloads.

The pandemic hit and the testing industry changed overnight. Tests and exams were forced online:

• Existing content supported organisations to make the move.

• Additional blogs, infographics, and social addressed emerging issues.

• New guide developed on moving from paper-based to computer-based testing, a switch many organisations were facing.

We consolidated our partnership during this challenging time. And we have supported the transition back to in-person testing with content that helps PSI clients and prospects make strategic decisions. PSI has a global test centre network. Today, our priority has shifted to raise awareness that PSI can deliver remote, in-person or multi-modal testing.

Growth in scope is testament to long-term client care. During our relationship we have extended our program to podcasts, video and animations to deliver content in accessible ways – in preferred formats for the user. We tap into our deep understanding of the company and target markets to deliver creative topics for podcasts and innovative concepts for video and animation. We also consult on crisis management, often around sensitive issues, demonstrating the trust and confidence PSI has in us.
